Ktown Help Desk

Hello

Finding the right resource in Koreatown shouldn't require knowing exactly who to call, which city agency handles it, or how to navigate bureaucracy in your second language.

The Ktown Help Desk brings together everything Ktown Team has built into a single point of contact - so getting help is straightforward, regardless of what you need or what language you speak.

How It Works

The Help Desk connects you to three things:

Hub - Ktown Team's resource directory at hub.ktown.team. Services, programs, local organizations, civic information, and educational resources organized by category and searchable in multiple languages.

KATI - Ktown Team's community AI. Ask a question in plain language - in English, Korean, Spanish, or Tagalog - and get a direct answer grounded in local information. No account required.

People - Community-trained liaisons available for situations that need a real conversation. Human support is a first-class option at every step, not a last resort.

What You Can Get Help With

  • City services and how to access them
  • Housing and tenant rights
  • Health clinics and social services
  • Schools, youth programs, and community events
  • Immigration resources
  • How to report an issue to the right agency
  • Anything else about life in Koreatown

Language Access

The Help Desk operates in English, Korean, Spanish, and Tagalog. If you need support in another language, reach out and we will connect you with the right person.

Help Keep Resources Accurate

Community resources change. Organizations move, programs end, contact information goes out of date. If you find a listing that is incorrect or a resource that no longer exists, let us know at [email protected]. Keeping the directory accurate is a community effort.

Coming to help.ktown.team

The Help Desk is launching soon. In the meantime, you can reach the resource directory now at hub.ktown.team or contact us at [email protected].
