Koreatown has animal caregivers - people feeding stray cat colonies before sunrise, taking in injured birds, helping elderly neighbors with pets they can no longer manage alone. Most of them are doing it quietly, with their own money, and with no one to call when it gets overwhelming.
Ktown Team is building a program around those people.
What We're Working On
A coordination network for animal caregivers in Koreatown. Volunteer matching so no one is managing a colony alone. Shared supply purchasing to bring down individual costs. Connections to local vets willing to work with community caregivers. A simple way to report animals in need and get a real response.
None of this is fully built yet. We're starting by finding the people who are already doing the work.
